Cowboy Pasta Salad

Trying to eat more salads and having a 19 year old son at home is a bit of an oxymoron! Or at least I think that is an example of an oxymoron - lol! I didn't teach that one in Grade 5 English - ba, ha! For the next salad I decided something more hardy might be a better choice and so this one has pasta and hamburger in it. I made this salad exactly as it asked, a miracle some might say. It was a hit by everyone, my only suggestion would be to cook the meat and drain the grease off first or make sure it was extra lean. Even my lean ground beef was pretty greasy for us. Both my son and husband added hot pepper flakes to their bowls, but it was gone in a flash. We ate this as a meal and I forgot to take a picture, but ours looked pretty much like this one. A win!
