Welcome to My Art Page
I have always had an interest in colouring. Even in university, I coloured those velvet doodle art posters for hours. As I got older I learned to rubber stamp and scrapbook, but I never really learned how to colour properly, like shade and know how to use the light. This has led me to want to know how to learn so many different art skills. I have a huge list of things I want to learn. I thought this website might help me gain focus on what I enjoy, how I learn best and what mediums work for me and my interests. I really hope you want to "play" with me while I learn.

My plan is to watch video tutorials and try to recreate artwork that I like. Eventually you will find videos on: mixed media, using ink to make backgrounds in scrapbooks, abstract art, colouring, doodling, paint pouring, alcohol inks and more.

Ruggedly Beautiful
​I donated this piece to my curling club to raise money in an auction. It is the first piece I ever put in public. It is made with plaster, gel medium and acrylics.
Pretty in Pink
I made this vertical paint pour a couple of years ago and have it hanging in my scrapbook area on a pink wall.
Living Room Wall Collage
This is a small piece from a collection of nine that I made for our living room above the couch. They are different sizes, but use the same four colours and similar texture patterns.
